This website (Site) is operated by Sweepshine Pty Ltd trading as Sweepshine, a company registered in Australia under ABN 22 679 393 910 (we, our or us). It is available at: www.sweepshine.com.au and may be available through other addresses or channels.
Consent: By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Variations: We may, at any time and at our discretion, vary these Terms by publishing the varied terms on our Site. We recommend you check our Site regularly to ensure you are aware of our current terms. Materials and information on this Site (Content) are subject to change without notice. We do not undertake to keep our Site up-to-date and we are not liable if any Content is inaccurate or out-of-date.

Definitions:

The following terms are used through these terms and conditions and have the following meaning:
Equipment and Materials means any equipment (i.e. vacuums, lawn mowers etc.) and materials (i.e. cleaning products, cloths etc.) that may be necessary to complete a Job.
Job means any domestic or commercial cleaning service booked by a Customer through communication with a Sweepshine staff member.
Job Fee means the price paid by the Customer for a Job, as published by Sweepshine and/or agreed between the Customer and Sweepshine from time to time.
Job Request means a request for a Job made by a Customer to Sweepshine.
Location means the address of the Customer or other location where the Service Provider is to complete the Job.
Service Provider means a party that undertakes Jobs for Customers, and has entered into a Service Agreement with Sweepshine.
Service Agreement means an agreement between Sweepshine and a Service Provider setting out the terms on which the Service Provider may provide services to Customers via Simply Spotless.
Tax Invoice has the meaning given to it in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
User means any Customer or Service Provider that uses the Simply Spotless website.
  1. Customer Equipment: all domestic cleaning materials and equipment required for the performance of cleaning services, including without limitation cleaning fluids and sprays, cloths and other applicators, brooms, mops, buckets, vacuum cleaners, ironing boards washing machines and other standard domestic cleaning appliances.
  2. Event Outside the Provider’s Control: is defined in clause 12.2.
  3. First Confirmation Email: the email sent to you by Fantastic Services Group Pty Ltd following your initial booking enquiry, attaching a copy of these Terms and setting out the details of the Services you have requested, the estimated timescales and costs involved and other key information relating to the provision of the Services.
  4. Materials: means any materials, goods, parts or items the Provider needs to buy necessarily in order to perform the Services, as may be set out in the First Confirmation Email.
  5. Provider: the Fantastic Services service provider allocated to provide the Services to you.
  6. Provider Equipment: any cleaning.materials and equipment to be provided by the Provider as specified in the First Confirmation Email.
  7. Second Confirmation Email: the email sent to you by Fantastic Services Group Pty Ltd confirming your booking and the identity of the Provider who will provide the Services.
  8. Services: the services that the Provider is providing to you in accordance with your booking and as set out in the First Confirmation Email.
  9. Terms: the terms and conditions set out in this document.
  10. GST: goods and services tax.
